Is my financial data secure?

Yes. Personal contact details and bank routing identifiers for your models, employees, and company payment accounts are encrypted in your browser with AES-256-GCM before they reach our servers. The team key is derived via Argon2id (64 MB memory cost on desktop, reduced on mobile to fit per-tab limits), with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA-256 at 600,000 iterations as a fallback on iOS WebKit and locked-down Android WebViews. Access uses 5 server-enforced roles, two-factor authentication via TOTP, and audit logs retained for 365 days. We do not sell or share customer data. The full breakdown is on /security.

Can my models see their own earnings?

Each model gets their own private login through the Model Portal. They can check earnings, download invoices, view payout history, and update their profile without messaging you.

Does it work for agencies with multiple models?

That's exactly what we built it for. Commission splits run automatically, reporting works per model, and bulk actions handle large rosters without slowing you down.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Reports, invoices, and financial data export to PDF and CSV whenever you need them. Your data stays yours.

Are the financial features professionally validated?

Yes. OFM Finance Hub was developed in close cooperation with certified accountants. From payout calculations to reporting and bookkeeping, every financial workflow has been reviewed to meet professional accounting standards.

Do you support crypto payouts?

Yes. We track crypto payments and payouts alongside fiat across multiple chains, with character-by-character address comparison to flag look-alike wallet addresses. See our /crypto page for the full breakdown.

Can I operate in multiple currencies?

Yes. We support multi-currency operations with automated daily FX rates and configurable rate-change alerts so you know when rates move beyond your tolerance. Reports can be generated in your home currency or per-currency.

Where is my data hosted?

Application data lives on Supabase in Dublin, Ireland, EU West region, inside the European Economic Area. The full list of sub-processors and the regions they operate in is on /privacy.

Can you handle 100+ models?

Yes. There are no per-seat fees and the platform supports bulk operations: CSV import, bulk payout runs, bulk document distribution. Agencies running 100+ models on a single workspace are well within our scaling envelope.

Is the model portal an extra cost?

No. The portal is included at $145/mo and $1,450/yr. No per-model fee, no tier restriction.

How long does it take a model to onboard?

Under five minutes if they already have a TOTP authenticator app installed. The four-step flow covers invite, password and 2FA, payout details, and identity check.

Can a model see another model's earnings?

No. The model_portal_user role is enforced at the API and again at Postgres row-level security. Even a hand-crafted request returns no rows.

What happens if a model loses their 2FA device?

Contact support to reset the second factor. The model then re-enrolls a new TOTP authenticator before signing in again.

Can models export their own data?

Yes. From inside the portal a model can pull a structured file containing their contact information, earnings summaries, and documents.

Where is the model's data stored?

Dublin, Ireland (EU West region), inside the European Economic Area. Sub-processor list on /privacy.

Can I revoke a model's access?

Yes. Deactivate the account from the admin dashboard and the model can no longer sign in.

Which chains are supported?

Today we read nine chains: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Tron, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, and BNB Chain. "Supported" means we read the chain, post each transaction into your ledger, and keep its on-chain identifier on the row. We are not a wallet, a custodian, or an exchange. If a chain you need is not in that list, ask us before you sign up.

How does crypto P&L mix with fiat books?

Both feed the same ledger. A USDT inflow on Tron sits next to an OnlyFans bank payout on the same monthly P&L, under the same per-creator breakdown, with the same revenue and expense tags. Your accountant gets one export, not a fiat CSV plus a crypto CSV that have to be reconciled by hand.

How do you protect against look-alike wallet addresses?

We track crypto payments and payouts alongside fiat across multiple chains, with character-by-character address comparison to flag look-alike wallet addresses. When a new address is close to one you've paid before, the two are shown side by side with the differences highlighted. You can verify before sending it to your payment system.

Are wallet addresses encrypted?

No. Wallet addresses are public on-chain data and stored as plaintext in our database. Access is controlled by Postgres row-level security and 5 server-enforced roles, the same access model used everywhere else. Personal contact details and bank routing identifiers for your models, employees, and company payment accounts are encrypted in your browser with AES-256-GCM before they reach our servers.

What about capital gains and tax reporting?

We are not a tax tool. We do not file your returns, calculate your capital gains, or generate IRS, HMRC, or any other tax-authority forms. What we do is keep a clean record of every crypto transaction, who it was for, what it was for, and the on-chain identifier, so your accountant has the source data they need to file. If you want a dedicated crypto-tax product, pair us with one.
